A leading developer and manufacturer within the healthcare sector are seeking a new EMEA Privacy Officer to contribute and provide leadership on all its activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance and adherence to the organization’s policies and procedures covering the privacy and security of electronic employee, customer and patient health information.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with key business and functional leaders within the company to ensure compliance with EMEA and local laws and privacy practices.
You will need a minimum of ten years of experience in European privacy, data protection, security, risk management or compliance, preferably in the medical device or a related industry.
A keen interest in the relationship between privacy and technological development/innovation is also desirable. Proficiency in English (written and spoken), very good command of German and/or French; other European languages are a plus.
